After forays into journalism and astrology, and a failed attempt at joining the circus, Lindy taught English for a while in South Africa. She immigrated to Vancouver in 1997, and spent the next twelve years playing with fairy dust, while teaching the most delightful children in the universe to dance. When her delayed writing aspirations exploded in a full-fledged crisis, her husband put her on a plane to Vegas. Nine months later the Vegas baby was birthed. While Lindy is thrilled to finally call herself a writer, she still, on occasion, twirls through the house in a tutu and sparkly wings.
